  • March 16: Ad material submission ends

  • March 31: Embroidered and specialty merchandise order close - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • April 3: Last day to book in the Boulder Falls Room block

  • April 15: ALL ENTRIES & GENERAL REGISTRATION CLOSES

  • May 31: Last day to order regular show merchandise
