Thank you for your interest in attending our National Specialty.

Space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Reservations MUST be made directly with Matt Messley.

Applications must be emailed to Specialty@leonbergerclubofamerica.com for approval (please let us know if you've paid online or sending a check when you email).​​

Vendor rates are $100 for the event May 5 – May 10, 2025. Standard table spaces are 10’x10’ although other sizes may be available. . The rate includes the booth space with 1 table + 2 chairs only; skirting & electric are available for additional cost.

Payment must accompany your application and is non-refundable after April 4th, 2025.

Vendors will be located inside the event center.

Note: No signs, banners, or decorations may be affixed to the walls or doors of the hotel or event center.

We are also requesting a donation to our general raffle or auction.

The Specialty Committee reserves the right to determine vendor location and space.
